Use this page to delete or export multiple perspectives.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Delete	After selecting multiple perspectives, click Delete to delete the perspectives.
Export	After selecting multiple perspectives, click Export to add the perspectives to a new or existing transport set for export. Note: When you export a perspective, all of its sub-perspectives are also exported, as are the perspective and sub-perspective pages and the styles that those pages reference.
Display Name	Displays the descriptive name of the perspective.
Author	Displays the name of the user who created the perspective.
Date Updated	Displays the date on which the perspective was last updated.
Path	Displays the path of the perspective.

Notes

To select all perspectives, select the check box next to the Display Name column heading.
If an object does not include a check box, you do not have permission to perform an action on the object.

Locating this Page

Click the Navigator link, then click the Page Groups tab.
At the top level, click the link for the page group with which you want to work.
Click the Perspectives link.
Click the actions link.

Tips:

A Navigator link can appear on any page. By default, you can find this link on the Portal Builder page.
Click Page Groups in the Path links to get to the top level of the Page Groups Navigator.
