Region Content

Field Description
Enable Users To Include Content In This Region

If you are editing a region in a page:

Clear this check box if you do not want users to be able to add, hide, show, delete, or rearrange tabs in this region when they are customizing the page. Users can still add, hide, show, delete, and rearrange tabs in the region when editing the page.

If you are editing a region in a page template:

Clear this check box if you do not want users to be able to add, hide, show, delete, or rearrange tabs in this region when they are editing or customizing a page based on the template.

Region Display Options

Field Description
Width

Enter the width of the region in pixels, or as a percentage of the overall width of the page.

Notes:

  • You must include a percent sign (%) if you want the number you enter to be interpreted as a percentage, rather than a number of pixels.
  • If you choose to have some regions expressed in pixels and others on the same page expressed in percentages, the page may look slightly different in different browsers.
  • Even if you enter 1% in an attempt to make the region as small as possible, the region will expand to display the full content of the region.
Tab Alignment Choose how you want the tabs in this region to be aligned: on the Left or Right of the region.
Use Rollover Effect For Tab Images

Select to add a rollover effect to the tabs in the region–that is, change the appearance of a tab when the user moves the cursor over the tab.

Note: For the rollover effect to work, you must also provide images for the tabs in the region. If you do not provide tab images, this check box has no effect. Add images to the tab by editing the tab (rather than the region) properties.
