Title And Content

Field Description
Display Name Enter a title for this portlet.
Display Portlet Header

Click to display the portlet header, along with the text supplied in the Display Name field. Clear the check box to suppress the header.

If you suppress the header, you can not edit the contents of the portlet directly from the page, because the Customize link does not appear. Instead, you have to edit the page and click Edit Defaults.

Content

Enter the content for this portlet. If you do not use HTML tags, your text appears in monospaced font without any formatting.

Note: There is a browser limit of 30 KB of text for your HTML content. If you exceed this limit, the browser does not warn you that data will be truncated. Broken tables can occur which in Netscape browsers prevent the entire HTML portlet from being displayed.
