Edit My Approval Status Portlet Settings

Use this page to define the display options for the My Approval Status portlet. This portlet displays the status of all item approvals for the currently logged in user.

In the portlet, click the subject to view the item, click the status to view the approval history, and click the page name to view the page that includes the item.

My Approval Status Portlet Settings

Field Description
Display Name Enter the name that you want to appear in the portlet header. The default is My Approval Status.
Show Status For

Select whether to display the status of item approvals for one of the following:

  • A specified number of days. The default is 10 days.

  • A date range. The date format is DD-MON-YYYY.
  • A specified number of notifications.

  1. In the Page Groups portlet, under Edit a Page, click Browse Pages next to the Name field.
  2. Select the page that includes the portlet, then click Edit.
  3. Click Actions next to a My Approval Status portlet.
  4. Click Edit Defaults.

Tip: By default the Page Groups portlet is located on the Build tab of the Builder page.
